20 years ago, Riverwood Homes was created as a small independent custom home builder & general contractor in Colorado Springs. 20 years in the construction business speaks for itself. As a company, Riverwood Homes built a strong reputation for beautiful, quality custom homes. We are  justifiably proud to have weathered the downturn through hard work, paying our bills, and never compromising our commitment to quality in each and every home we built. In January 2016, Brad Bailey and Tammie Boulter joined Riverwood Homes as partners. They bring diverse and varied backgrounds to compliment the already established and well-proven team, along with our valued trade partners.
